Reduce the amount of coffee you drink and eliminate alcohol completely . Drinking a few cups of coffee a day increases blood pressure. It also comes to palpitations. Coffee causes a feeling of anxiety. Your child will certainly be able to feel it. In addition, caffeine is harmful and easily passes through the placenta.

 

Use extreme caution when using cleaning agents. Avoid them if you can. This applies to all cleaning agents. If you have to use them, put on gloves and avoid direct contact. When cleaning, make sure to open the windows. Harmful gases can negatively affect the fetus.

 

Treat yourself a massage . Such a massage helps to relieve tension, headaches and back pain. Thanks to it, you will be relaxed.

Dear mother, do not believe everything you read . People write different things. Believe your maternal instinct. In this way, you will not worry for a reason and you will be happier. Your child will certainly feel it.

 

The health of our unborn babies is in the first place. Everything else can wait.
